Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all insurance bought from Abate Consulting Versicherung & Vorsorge through this website.

2. How the contract is made

By submitting the application form you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your payment and issue the insurance certificate.

Each policy covers exactly one insured person. Employers buy a separate policy for each employee.

3. Your information

You must give true and complete information. Incorrect information can lead to the loss of insurance cover.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. You pay online or by bank transfer as shown on the payment page. Amounts in USD and CHF are converted from EUR.

5. Start and duration

Cover starts on the date you choose, but not before we receive your payment, and ends at the end of the chosen duration. Policies do not renew automatically.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons, provided cover has not yet started. Send your withdrawal to us by e-mail.

7. Liability

The scope of cover is defined by the chosen plan and the insurance conditions. Otherwise we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, as far as the law allows.

8. Applicable law

The law of the company's registered office applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence say otherwise.
